The Manage Payroll Records screen provides multiple subtasks that display information related to your payroll record.

Use this subtask to enter multiple withholding state taxes for the current payroll period. - Pay Types Subtask
Use this non-editable subtask to view the detail related to earnings and labor cost amounts summarized by pay type code. - State Taxes Subtask
If you are using multi-state taxes (you selected the checkbox on the Manage Pay Periods screen), the Withholding State and Gross Wages fields are non-editable. - Local Taxes Subtask
This table displays the system-calculated withholdings at the local level for an employee. - Deductions Subtask
Use this subtask to view the detail related to deduction amounts for the related payroll. - Contributions Subtask
Use this non-editable subtask to view the detail related to contribution-calculated amounts for the related payroll. - Workers' Comp Subtask
This subtask displays the detail related to earnings and labor cost amounts summarized by workers' compensation code. - Tax Withholding Project Distribution Subtask
Use this non-editable subtask to view a list of projects to which taxes withheld were charged for the timesheet selected. - Timesheets Subtask
Use this subtask to view timesheet detail information related to the specified timesheet. - Direct Deposit Information Subtask
Use this subtask to view bank and transaction information for each employee record. - Paystub Hourly Rate Detail Subtask
Use this tab on the Manage Employee Earnings screen to view information that was included on the paystub or was in effect when it was printed.
