Accounts Subtask

Use the Accounts subtask to view archived purchase order line detail account information for the selected item.

Field Description
Project

This column displays the project ID to which the item is assigned.

Project Name

This column displays the project name.

Proj Abbrev

This column displays the project abbreviation to which this purchase order line is assigned.

Account

This column displays the account ID to which the item is assigned.

Account Name

This column displays the account name.

Proj Acct Abbrev

This column displays the project account abbreviation to which this purchase order line is assigned.

Organization

This column displays the organization ID to which the item is assigned.

Organization Name

This column displays the organization name.

Org Abbrev

This column displays the organization abbreviation to which this purchase order line is assigned.

REF 1

This column displays the first reference assigned to this item.

Note: The field Ref 1 may display a different label if it has been changed on the Configure General Ledger Settings screen. For example, AC 1.
REF 2

This column displays the second reference assigned to this item.

Note: The field Ref 2 may display a different label if it has been changed on the Configure General Ledger Settings screen. For example, AC 2.
Allocation

This column displays the allocation percentage for this purchase order line charge account.

Amount

This column displays the amount of this purchase order line.
