Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Manage Survey Job Title Mappings Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Survey Job Title Mappings screen.

Enter the required data to create a new survey job title to functional job title link, or click to open an existing record for modification. Click to save all newly entered or modified data.

Survey Company

Field Description
Survey Company

Enter, or click to select, the survey company ID for which this screen applies. The survey company name displays in the unlabeled field on the right.

Survey Job Title

Click on the toolbar to add a new survey job title to functional job title link entry.

Field Description
Survey Job Title

Enter a unique code to identify the survey company job title that is associated with a functional job title from your company.

Functional Job Title

Enter, or click to select, the functional job title code that is associated with the survey job title.

Functional Job Description

This field displays the detailed description for the selected functional job title.
