View Approval Cases Subtask
Use this subtask to view all completed or pending cases (instances) of the approval workflow.

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Approval Screen | This field displays the Open link. Click this link to load the specific application screen where the workflow case is running or completed. |
| Status | This field displays the status of the approval workflow. |
| Start User ID | Once the approval workflow has started, the ID of the user who initiated it displays in this field. |
| Start Time | This field displays the date and time the approval workflow was initiated. |
| Completion Time | This field displays the date and time the approval workflow was completed. |
| Audit | This field displays the complete audit information about the approval workflow when you click the Load Detailed Flow button. |
| Test Case | If selected, this check box indicates that the workflow case is running or is completed as a test case. |
| Load Detailed Flow | Click this button to load details about the individual case in the workflow. When you click this button, the Audit field is automatically populated. |
