Use this subtask to assign users, as owners, to an approval workflow model so they can query and view model cases in the Manage Approval Workflow Case Status (WFMACASE) application.

Field	Description
User ID	Enter, or click to select, the user who will be the owner of the selected workflow model. The selected user name displays in the adjacent Model Owner field.
Model Owner	Enter, or click to select, a user to assign as owner of the selected workflow model. The selected user ID displays in the adjacent User ID field.
Workflow Owner Status	Choose an access level that determines the type of activities this user can perform in the Manage Approval Workflow Case application. The options are: Read Only: Select this option to enable this user to only query and view the cases related to the workflow model. Update: Select this option to enable this user to query and act on the cases related to the workflow model. The user cannot delete any cases. Update and Delete: Select this option to enable this user to query, act, and delete cases related to the workflow model.
