Approval Entity Fields Subtask
Use this subtask to define entity fields, which are the actual object of approval in the workflow model.

| Field | Description |

| Entity Field Name | Enter the entity field name. It is recommended that you enter a descriptive name so approvers can easily understand its meaning when they see it in the notification email. |
| Data Type | Select the data type of the entity field from the drop-down list. Valid options are:

| Include in Email | Select this check box to include the entity field values in notification emails. |
| Matched Role Filter Field | Enter, or click
 to select, the role filter field to map to the entity field.

| Filter Field Data Type | This field displays the data type of the role filter field. Entity data types and filter field data types must match. |
After you have accomplished this subtask, use the Approval Screen Fields subtask of the Application Screens subtask to match approval entity fields to approval screen fields.
