Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Import Active Directory ID

Use Import Active Directory ID to update the Active Directory or Certificate ID for multiple users at one time.

When executed, this process updates or assigns an Active Directory ID to individual Costpoint users. After the process is completed, you can check the updates for each user in the Active Directory or Certificate ID field on the Authentication tab in Manage Users (SYMUSR).

Note: The input file layout may contain fields that are available only in Costpoint Advanced. If you are using Costpoint Essentials, these fields are excluded from the import process and may be left blank or null when you create the input file.
