  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

State Pay Types Subtask

Use this subtask to access the audit trail that is maintained for details related to earnings and labor cost amounts, summarized by state pay type code.

Field Description
Transaction Type

This field displays the if the record has been added, deleted, updated or not changed.

Withholding State

This non-editable field displays the withholding state for this transaction.

Pay Type

This non-editable field displays the pay type code from timesheets that were included in the payroll related to this transaction. If more than one timesheet is processed with the same pay type code, the timesheets are summarized by pay type code.

Description

This non-editable field displays the description for the pay type referenced in this transaction.

Hours

This non-editable field displays the hours from timesheets that were included in the payroll for the pay type referenced in this transaction.

Labor Amount

This non-editable field displays the labor amount from timesheets that were included in the payroll for the pay type referenced in this transaction.

Earning Amount

This non-editable field displays the earnings amount associated with the timesheet lines, summarized by pay type, for this transaction.

State Earnings

This non-editable field displays the state earnings amount associated with the timesheet lines, summarized by pay type, for this transaction.
