YTD Info Subtask

Use this non-editable subtask to view the entire calendar year-to-date hours, earnings, labor, and overtime amounts. 

This subtask also includes a table that displays the hours, earnings, and labor total amounts summarized by pay type code. The table can display multiple pay type lines for employees whose earnings records reflect more than one pay type. The information displayed depends upon the employee ID and the year of the selected paycheck date.

YTD Amounts

This group box consists of four non-editable fields that display summary information relating to year-to-date totals for the selected employee's hours, labor amount, earnings, and overtime earnings.

Field Description
Hours

This non-editable field displays the employee's year-to-date hours. This amount derives from a system-calculated summation of the hours worked for the entire calendar year of the given paycheck date.

Labor

This non-editable field displays the year-to-date labor cost associated with the selected employee. This amount derives from a system-calculated summation of the labor amounts for the entire calendar year of the given paycheck date.

Earnings

This non-editable field displays the employee's year-to-date earnings for all listed pay types. This amount derives from a system-calculated summation of the earnings for the entire calendar year of the given paycheck date.

Overtime

This non-editable field displays the employee's year-to-date overtime earnings for pay types designated as overtime. This amount derives from a system-calculated summation of the overtime earnings for the entire calendar year of the given paycheck date.

Field Description
Pay Type

This non-editable field displays the pay type code from employee earnings records that were included in the calendar year of the given paycheck date. If more than one employee earnings record exists with the same pay type code, the records are summarized by the pay type code.

Hours

This non-editable field displays the employee's year-to-date hours associated with the code in the Pay Type column. This amount derives from a system-calculated summation of the pay type code hours for the entire calendar year of the given paycheck date.

Labor Amount

This non-editable field displays the year-to-date labor cost associated with the code in the Pay Type column. This amount derives from a system-calculated summation of the pay type code labor amount for the entire calendar year of the given paycheck date.

Earnings Amount

This non-editable field displays the employee's year-to-date earnings amount associated with the code in the Pay Type column. This amount derives from a system-calculated summation of the pay type code earnings amount for the entire calendar year of the given paycheck date.

Overtime Flag

This non-editable field displays Y (Yes) if the code in the Pay Type column is designated as overtime. The Earnings Amount column reflects the total year-to-date overtime earnings for the flagged pay type.
