Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Link Acct/Org Subtask

Use this subtask to link account/organization combinations to an approval process.

This linkage is required only if approval processes are to be assigned by project/account/organization (see the Configure Purchase Requisition Settings screen).

Access this subtask whenever you need to make additions or modifications to the account/organization combinations linked to a particular approval process.

This subtask consists of two table windows. The right table window lists the account/organization combinations associated with the currently selected requisition approval process. Use the left table window to choose an account/organization combination and click Select to add your selection to the right table window. You can also click to add a new line in the right table window and specify the account/organization combination you want to use.

Table Window (Left)

Use this table window to select the accounts and organizations you want to associate with this approval process.

Field Description
Account

This field displays the account ID for this account/organization combination.

Account Name

This field displays the descriptive name for the Account.

Organization

This field displays the organization ID for this account/organization combination.

Org Abbrev

This field displays the abbreviation for the Organization.

Organization Name

This field displays the descriptive name for the Organization.

Active

This field displays Y if this account/organization combination is active. Otherwise, this field displays N.

Select

Click this button to associate the selected account/organization combination to the requisition approval process.

Table Window (Right)

Use this table window to manually add the account/organization combination you want to associate with the requisition approval process.

Field Description
Account

Use this field to enter, or use to select, the valid account ID you want to associate with this approval process code.

Account Name

This field displays the descriptive name of the selected Account.

Organization

Use this field to enter, or use to select, the organization ID you want to associate with this approval process code. Only the organizations previously linked to this account display through .

Org Abbrev

This field displays the abbreviation of the selected Organization.

Organization Name

This field displays the descriptive name of the selected Organization.

Active

This field displays Y if this account/organization combination is active. Otherwise, this field displays N.
