Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Header Standard Text Subtask

Use this subtask to assign established standard text codes to the selected request for quote (RFQ).

The standard text prints in the header of the RFQ.

For new RFQs, this subtask automatically loads all standard text codes that are set to default for RFQs on the Manage Standard Text screen in Costpoint Project Setup. These codes default whether you view this subtask or not.

Field Description
Sequence

Use this field to enter a sequence number for this standard text code. This is the order in which the text is printed on the RFQ or internal reports.

Sequence numbers for defaulted standard text are assigned using the Where-Used subtask of the Manage Standard Text screen.

Text Code

Use this field to enter, or click to select, a text code to associate with the selected RFQ.

Establish text codes for RFQs using the Where-Used subtask of the Manage Standard Text screen.

Rev

Enter, or click to select, the revision of the standard text code.

Description

Enter, or use to select, a description of the text code. This field also displays the description of the selected Text Code field.

Doc Print Opt

This field displays the document print option assigned to the selected text codes. The options are:

  • B: This indicates that the text prints on both internal reports and RFQs.
  • I: This indicates that the text prints on internal reports only.
  • E: This indicates that the text prints on RFQs only.
Text Active

If selected, this check box indicates that the standard text code/revision combination is currently active.

Autoload

Click this button to automatically load any associated standard text codes.
