Use the Purchase Order Lines subtask to view information on the purchase order (PO) lines of the selected purchase order.

This column displays the item ID. When available, click the item ID to view the record in View Item Purchasing Information. |

This column displays the revision ID of the item. |
Description |
This column displays the description of the item. |
Part Security |
This field is visible only if the Use Part Data Security Controls checkbox is selected on the Configure Product Definition Settings screen, which indicates that the item is subject to data security restrictions, as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). If enabled, this field displays one of the following values to indicate whether the item you are accessing is subject to part data security restrictions and whether you have the necessary authorization to access information for that item:

However, it is each company’s responsibility to confirm that it is meeting its obligations with respect to ITAR or other applicable requirements. This column displays the miscellaneous charge type of the item. |
PO U/M |
This column displays the unit of measure of the item. This field is hidden for subcontract POs. |
Inv U/M |
This field displays the inventory unit of measure for the item. |
Manuf Part |
This field displays the manufacturer part number for the item. |
Mfg Rev |
This field displays the revision for the manufacturer part. |
Vendor Part |
This field displays the vendor part number for the item. |
Vend Rev |
This field displays the revision for the vendor part. |
Due Date |
This column displays the due date of the item. |
Ordered Quantity |
This column displays the quantity ordered. This field is hidden for subcontract POs. |
Gross Unit Cost |
This field displays the gross unit cost for the item ordered. This is the cost of one unit of the item prior to applying any volume discounts. |
Net Unit Cost |
This field displays the net unit cost for the item after any volume discounts have been applied. This field is hidden for subcontract POs. |
Ext Amount |
This column displays the extended cost amount of the item. |
Line Charges |
This column displays the line charge amount for the item. This field is hidden for subcontract POs. |
Sales Tax/VAT Amt |
This column displays the sales or value added tax for the item. This field is hidden for subcontract POs. |
PO Line Total |
This column displays the total line amount calculated by Costpoint. This is the extended cost amount plus the sum of any additional line charges and sales tax. |
Deliver To |
This column displays the deliver to information entered for the purchase order line. |
Requisition |
This column displays the requisition ID for the PO line (up to 10 alphanumeric characters), where the item being ordered was originally requested. The requisition number will default from the Requisition field in the Other Defaults tab on Manage Purchase Orders screen, and can also be maintained in the Requisition field on the Manage Purchase Orders table window. |
Order Reference |
This column displays the order reference number, which is a manufacturing order or internal sales order number that is assigned to the purchase order line. |
Order Ref Type |
This column displays the order reference type entered for the purchase order line, which designates whether the line item is related to a sales order, a manufacturing order, or neither/none in Costpoint. |
Order Ref Line |
This column displays the order reference line number entered for the purchase order line. |
Order Ref Rlse |
This column displays the order reference release number entered for the purchase order line. |
CLIN |
This column displays the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) entered for the purchase order line. |
Starting Date |
This column displays the period of performance starting date entered for the purchase order line. |
Ending Date |
This column displays the period of performance ending date entered for the purchase order line. |
Planner |
This column displays the planner ID entered for the purchase order line. |
Warehouse |
This column displays the warehouse ID entered for the purchase order line. |
Ship ID |
This column displays the shipping ID for the delivery of items entered for the purchase order line. |
Industry Class |
If applicable, this column displays the industry classification code of the item for this purchase order line. |
Business Size |
If applicable, this column displays the business size of the vendor for this purchase order line. |
Orig Due Date |
This field displays the original due date for the PO line. |
Desired Date |
This field displays the desired due date for the PO line. |
Delivery Schedule Exists |
If selected, this checkbox indicates that there are multiple delivery schedules that exist for the PO line. This checkbox is cleared and disabled for new lines. |
Discount |
This field displays the volume discount to be applied to the gross unit cost of the item. |
Completed Work Retention Percent |
The Completed Work Retention percentage rate indicates the proportion of the completed work amount that will be withheld from payment when an accounts payable voucher is created, in order to cover miscellaneous vendor-responsible expenses. |
Stored Materials Retention Percent |
The Stored Materials Retention percentage rate indicates the proportion of the stored materials amount that will be withheld from payment when an accounts payable voucher is created (in order to take care of unforeseen miscellaneous vendor-responsible expenses). |
Rejected Amt Pay |
This field displays the amount rejected. |
Ordered Quantity |
This field displays the quantity ordered. |
Received Quantity |
This field displays the quantity received. |
Accepted Quantity |
This field displays the quantity accepted. |
Open Quantity |
This field displays the open quantity. |
Rejected Quantity |
This field displays the quantity rejected. |
Vouchered Quantity |
This field displays the quantity vouchered. |
Posted-G/L Quantity |
This field displays the quantity posted to the General Ledger. |
Ordered Amt |
This field displays the amount ordered. |
Received Amt |
This field displays the amount received. |
Accepted Amt |
This field displays the amount accepted. |
Rejected Amt |
This field displays the amount rejected. |
Vouchered Amt |
This field displays the amount vouchered. |
Posted-G/L Amt |
This field displays the amount posted to the General Ledger. |
Requested Amt |
This field displays the total amount of work that the vendor has completed against the subcontract PO (from inception to date). |
Completed Work Amt |
This field displays the actual work completed (i.e., cumulative from inception to date) for the subcontract PO line. |
Completed Work Retention Amt |
This field displays the Completed Work Retention Amt for the PO line, which is the actual value of completed work (cumulative from inception to date) that has been withheld from payment. When you update the subcontract PO status, this amount cannot be greater than the Completed Work Amount for the subcontract PO line. |
Eligible for Voucher |
This field displays the net amount for which additional accounts payable vouchers can be created. This value is equal to the amount still payable to the vendor less retentions. This field is calculated as Completed Work Amt + Stored Materials Amt – Completed Work Retention Amt – Stored Materials Retention Amt – Previously Vouchered Amt. Note: Manually entered vouchers update the total vouchered amount for the PO line, and are not validated against completed work and stored materials as entered in subcontract PO update transactions. Therefore, there is no check for consistency with the
Eligible for Voucher amount as calculated above. If you have created manual vouchers for a subcontract PO, a review of existing status updates for which vouchers have already been generated may show an inconsistency between the eligible voucher amount and the voucher amount that had been generated earlier. In order to avoid such a situation, we recommend that you generate subcontract PO vouchers against status updates, rather than resorting to manual entries.

Stored Materials Amount |
This field displays the stored materials amount, which is the value of the materials (cumulative from inception to date) that have been supplied to a site for use on a subcontract PO line item job. This amount is included in payment voucher calculations. |
Stored Material Retention Amount |
This field displays the stored materials retention amount, which is the actual value of stored materials (cumulative from inception to date) that has been withheld from payment. When you update the subcontract PO status, this amount cannot be greater than the Stored Materials Amount for the line. |
Sales Tax VAT Payable |
This field displays the sales or value added tax payable for the PO line. |
Balance to Complete |
This field displays the remaining amount of the subcontract order against which service is yet to be received in terms of work completed or stored materials, including retention amounts. This field is calculated as subcontract Ordered Amt – Completed Work Amt – Stored Materials Amt (for example, subcontract Ordered Amt – subcontract Accepted Amt). |
Requisitioner ID |
This field displays the requisitioner's ID assigned to the requisition. |
Requisitioner Name |
This field displays the requisitioner's name. |
Requisitioner Org |
This field displays the requisitioner's organization ID. |
Requisitioner Phone |
This field displays the requisitioner's telephone number. |
Requisitioner Ext |
This field displays the requisitioner's extension, if applicable. |
PO Header Expediting Notes |
This field displays expediting notes associated with the PO header. |
PO Line Expediting Notes |
This field displays expediting notes associated with the PO line. |
Requisition Header Notes |
This field display any requisition header notes that was entered. |
Resource Exists | This checkbox is selected if a resource exists and is involved in the activity. |
US Citizenship Reqd |
This column displays whether or not the resource associated with the PO has to be a citizen of the USA. |
ITAR Authorization Reqd |
This column displays whether or not the resource associated with the PO has to be authorized for ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) restricted items. |
Security Clearance System ID |
This column displays the security clearance that the resource associated with the PO needs to have. |
Security Clearance Description |
This column displays the description of the security clearance that the resource associated with the PO needs to have. |
Security Clearance Level |
This column displays the level of the security clearance that the resource associated with the PO needs to have. |
SCI |
This column displays whether the security clearance that the resource associated with the PO has to be cleared for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). |
SAP |
This column displays the whether the security clearance that the resource associated with the PO has to be cleared for Special Access Programs (SAP). |
Issuing Agency |
This column displays the agency that issued the security clearance. |
Woman-Owned | This checkbox indicates that the vendor is classified as a woman-owned business when the PO line was created. |
HUBZone | The checkbox indicates that the vendor is classified as a HUB Zone vendor when the PO line was created. |
Veteran-Owned | This checkbox indicates that the vendor is classified as a veteran-owned vendor when the PO line was created. |
Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned | This checkbox indicates that the vendor is classified as a service-disabled veteran-owned vendor when the PO line was created. |
Disadvantaged (Include Minority Owned) | This checkbox indicates that the vendor is classified as a disadvantaged or minority-owned business when the PO line was created. |
Historical Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Owned | This checkbox indicates that the vendor is classified as a historical black college and university/minority-owned institution vendor when the PO line was created. |
Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) and Indian Tribe | This checkbox indicates that the vendor is classified as an Alaskan Native Corporation and Indian tribes when the PO line was created. |
8(a) Certified | This checkbox indicates that the vendor is classified as 8(a) vendor when the PO line was created. |
AbilityOne Non-Profit Agency | This checkbox indicates that the vendor is classified as an AbilityOne Non-Profit Agency vendor when the PO line was created. |
Acknowledgment Date | This column displays the vendor acknowledgment date. |
Print Prime Contract Number/DPAS Rating | This checkbox defaults to the value of the same check box in Manage Purchase Orders. |
Inv Abbrev | This column displays the inventory abbreviation from which the material was issued. |
Inventory Name | This column displays the name of the inventory abbreviation from which the material was issued |
NAICS Code | This field displays the NAICS code associated with the PO line. |
