Accounts Subtask

Use the Accounts subtask to view various purchase order line detail information.

Field Description
PO

This field displays the purchase order ID.

Release

This field displays the release order number made against a blanket order, if any.

Line

This field displays the line number of the item on the order.

Vendor Name

This field displays the vendor name for this order.

Table Window

This table window displays information from the Accounting Defaults tab of the Manage Purchase Orders screen.

Field Description
Project

This column displays the project ID to which the item is assigned.

Project Name

This column displays the project name.

Proj Abbrev

This field displays the project abbreviation.

Account

This column displays the account ID to which the item is assigned.

Account Name

This column displays the account name.

Proj Acct Abbrev

This field displays the project account abbreviation code.

Organization

This column displays the organization ID to which the item is assigned.

Organization Name

This column displays the organization name.

Org Abbrev

This field displays the organization abbreviation.

REF 1

This column displays the reference one assigned to this item.

Note: The field Ref 1 may display a different label if it has been changed on the Configure General Ledger Settings screen. For example, AC 1.
REF 2

This column displays the reference two assigned to this item.

Note: The field Ref 2 may display a different label if it has been changed on the Configure General Ledger Settings screen. For example, AC 1.
Allocation

This field displays the percentage amount of this line item charged to project/account/organization.

Amount

This field displays the amount ordered.
