Contents of the View Purchase Order Change Orders Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the View Purchase Order Change Orders screen.

Field Description
PO

Enter, or click to select, a purchase order (PO) ID whose change order information you want to view.

Release

Enter, or click to select, the release number of the change order you want to view.

Current Change Order

The following fields provide information about the last change order created.

Field Description
Change Order

This field displays the change order number.

Vendor

This field displays the vendor ID. The vendor's name and location display on the fields on the right.

Subcontract

This field displays the name of the subcontract associated with the PO. This also displays as a hyperlink to access the subcontract record on the Manage Subcontracts screen.

Note: The Subcontract field is available only to users who are licensed for CRM & Contracts.
Buyer

This field displays the buyer ID. The buyer's name displays on the field on the right.

Organization This field displays the buyer’s organization ID from the Home Organization of the Manage Employee Salary Information (LDMEHIS) screen.
Status

This field displays the change order status code. The values are:

  • Pending
  • Open
  • Closed
  • Void
  • System Closed
Trans Total Amount

This field displays the total amount of the change order in the transaction currency. The invoice for these materials will be in this transaction currency.

Func Total Amount

This field displays the total amount of the change order in the functional currency. Functional currency is used to initialize Costpoint and is the currency in which your financial statements are prepared.

Change Date

This field displays the date on which this change order was created.

Type

This field displays the type of this change order. The system-defined types are:

  • P: Purchase order
  • B: Blanket order
  • R: Release order
Trans Currency

This field displays the transaction currency for this change order. The amounts in the invoice for these materials are expressed in this transaction currency.

Procurement Type

This field displays the procurement type description for the change order.

Order Date

This field displays the order date of the change order.

Trans Change from Previous Amt

This field displays the difference in amount, in the transaction currency, between the previous change order and the current change order. The invoice for these materials will be in this transaction currency.

Func Change from Previous Amt

This field displays the difference in amount, in the functional currency, between the previous change order and the current change order. Functional currency is the currency used to initialize Costpoint and is the currency in which your financial statements are prepared.

SBA Std. Size (M USD) This field displays the SBA size standard in million US dollar for the associated NAICS code selected on the purchase order (PO). The value will be loaded from the latest date. If both the million USD and the number of employees data are available for the selected/entered NAICS code, then both values will be displayed.
SBA Std. Size (# of Emp) This field displays the SBA size standard by the number of employees for the associated NAICS code selected on the purchase order (PO). The value will be loaded from the latest date. If both the million USD and the number of employees data are available for the selected/entered NAICS code, then both values will be displayed.

Field Description
Change Order

This column displays the previous change order numbers. All prior change orders for this PO whose history had been saved display here.

Change Date

This column displays the date on which the particular change order was made.

Trans Curr Total Amount

This column displays the total amount of the change order in the transaction currency. The invoice for these materials will be in this transaction currency.

Trans Change from Previous Amt

This column displays the difference in amount, in the transaction currency, between the previous change order and the current change order. The invoice for these materials will be in this transaction currency.

Func Curr Total Amount

This column displays the total amount of the change order in the functional currency. Functional currency is the currency used to initialize Costpoint and is the currency in which your financial statements are prepared.

Func Change from Previous Amt

This column displays the difference in amount, in the functional currency, between the previous change order and the current change order. Functional currency is the currency used to initialize Costpoint and is the currency in which your financial statements are prepared.

Type

This column displays the type of this change order. The system-defined types are:

  • P: Purchase order
  • B: Blanket order
  • R: Release order
Status

This field displays the status of the change order. The system-defined status types are:

  • Open
  • Pending
  • Closed
  • Void
  • System Closed
Procurement Type

This column displays the procurement type of the change order.

Vendor

This column displays the vendor ID

Vendor Name

This column displays the name of the vendor.

Vendor Location

This field displays the vendor location which is used to identify different vendors with the same vendor name.

Vendor Address

This column displays the vendor address code.

First Name

This column displays the vendor contact's first name.

Last Name

This column displays the vendor contact's last name.

Phone

This column displays the vendor contact's telephone number.

Fax

This column displays the vendor contact's fax number.

Buyer

This column displays the buyer ID.

Terms

This column displays the vendor's terms for payment.

FOB

This column displays the vendor's Freight on Board (FOB) method (for example, destination).

Acknowledgment Date

This column displays the date of the vendor's acknowledgment.

PO Printed

This column displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether this change order has been printed.

Vendor Sales Order

This column displays the vendor sales order ID.

GSA

This column displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether this change order is classified as a General Services Administration (GSA) order.

Perf Ending

This column displays the ending date of the period of performance.

Perf Starting

This column displays the starting date of the period of performance.

Procurement Type

This column displays the procurement type of the change order.

Order Date

This column displays the item's order date.

Trans Currency

This column displays the transaction currency for this change order. The invoice for these materials will be in this transaction currency.

Buyer Name

This column displays the name of the buyer.

Notes

This column displays the header notes from the change order.

NAICS Code This column displays the NAICS code associated with the vendor.
Business Size This column displays the business size of the vendor for the purchase order.
