Contents of the Manage CSSR Information Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage CSSR Information screen.

Selection Ranges

Field Description
Select

Use this drop-down list to choose the project or organization criteria. Valid options are:

  • Project
  • Project Manager
  • Project Classification
  • Owning Organization

The default for this field is Project.

Option

Use this drop-down list to select the range of projects or organizations to be included in the table. Valid options are:

  • All
  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End

The default for this field is All.

Start

Enter, or click to select, the starting value. If you select All or From Beginning in the Option field, this field is inactive.

End

Enter, or click to select, the ending value. If you select All, One, or To End in the Option field, this field is inactive.

Include Project for Selected Parameters

Field Description
Include existing Project for parameters selected

Select this check box to load projects that have already been entered in the main screen. This check box is the default.

Include new Projects for parameters selected

Select this check box to load projects into the main screen that have not been previously entered.

Level number of new Project to include

Enter the number of levels to load for the selected projects. This field is available only when you select the Include new Projects for parameters selected check box.

Load

Click this button to load the C/SSR Proj Detail table with data based on the selected parameters.

C/SSR Proj Detail

Click to enter data into the table row by row, or click the Load button to load the table based on project or organization selections.

Field Description
Project

Enter, or click to select, the project to appear on the header of the C/SSR. Each project level can have only one row. Enter the project levels for which you want to print C/SSRs. This value prints in item 2.a. on the C/SSR.

Phase

Select an option from the drop-down list. Valid options are:

  • P: Production
  • R: Research, Development, Time, and Expense

P (Production) is the default for this column. This value prints in item 3.b. on the C/SSR.

Undistributed Budget Amount

Enter the undistributed budget amount for this row. This amount prints in item 7.(7)d. of the C/SSR.

Undistributed Estimated Amount

Enter the estimated undistributed budget amount for this row. This amount prints in item 7.(8)d. of the C/SSR.

Over Target Baseline Date

Enter the over target baseline date. This date prints in item 6.h. of the C/SSR.

Management Reserve

Enter the management reserve amount. This amount prints in item 7.(7)f. of the C/SSR.

Share Ratio

Enter the share ratio percent. This percent prints in item 2.d. of the C/SSR.

Estimated Cost Unpriced Work

Enter the estimated cost of unpriced work. This amount prints in item 6.d. of the C/SSR.
