  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manufacturing Order Timesheet Information Subtask

Use the Manufacturing Order Timesheet Information subtask to enter manufacturing order timesheet data for this timesheet line.

You can enter manufacturing orders in Costpoint Production Control.

Use this subtask to enter data about the manufacturing order to which this timesheet is being charged.

Manufacturing Order

Field Description
Manufacturing Order

Enter, or click to select, a manufacturing order number to which this timesheet is charged. This is a required field.

Status

This non-editable field displays the status of the selected manufacturing order.

Project

This non-editable field displays the project to which selected manufacturing order has been assigned.

Routing Operation

Field Description
Operation Sequence

Enter, or click to select, the operation sequence number of the routing operation for this manufacturing order.

Step

Enter, or click to select, the step number of the routing operation that is associated with this manufacturing order.

Description

This field displays the descriptions for both the Operation Sequence number and the Step number, if that information is available.

Activity Type

From the drop-down list, select Run to record hours against a manufacturing order or Set Up to record setup hours.

Work Center

Enter, or click to select, a work center ID to which this timesheet is charged. The name or description of the work center is displayed in the field to the right.

OK

Click this button to save the data and return to the Manage Timesheets screen.
