Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Manage Accounts for Export Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Accounts for Export screen.

Accounts

This table displays your Costpoint account and the Deltek Time and Expense Type code to which it is assigned. When you initialize the screen, this table window populates with all Costpoint accounts from the Manage Accounts screen. You can highlight one, multiple contiguous, or multiple non-contiguous account rows and use the options on the Mass Update Accounts section to update multiple accounts.

Note:

To select multiple contiguous accounts, hold the Shift key on your keyboard and highlight those rows with your cursor. To select multiple non-contiguous accounts, hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard and highlight those rows with your cursor.

Field Description
Account

This field displays the account ID.

Account Name

This field displays the account name.

Deltek Time and Expense Type

This field displays the Deltek Time and Expense account type code that is assigned to this account.

Account Type Name

This field displays the description of the Deltek Time and Expense account type code.

Export to Shop Floor Time Select this checkbox if this account will be used in Shop Floor Time. This check box is available if you have a Shop Floor Time license.
Export to Manufacturing Execution Select this checkbox if this account will be used in Manufacturing Execution. This check box is available if you have a Manufacturing Execution license.

Mass Update Accounts

Use the options in this section to update values of multiple accounts.

Field Description
Deltek Time and Expense Account Type

This field displays the account type code.

Account Type Name

This field displays the name associated with the account type code.

Assign

Click this button to assign the Deltek Time and Expense Account Type to the selected Costpoint account in the Accounts table.

Clear

Click this button to clear the Deltek Time and Expense Account Type from the selected Costpoint account in the Accounts table.

Export to Shop Floor Time
These options are available if you have a Shop Floor Time license.
  • Check: Click this button to select the Export to Shop Floor Time checkbox for the selected accounts.
  • Uncheck: Click this button to clear the Export to Shop Floor Time checkbox for the selected accounts.
Export to Manufacturing Execution
These options are available if you have a Manufacturing Execution license.
  • Check: Click this button to select the Export to Manufacturing Execution checkbox for the selected accounts.
  • Uncheck: Click this button to clear the Export to Manufacturing Execution checkbox for the selected accounts.
