Employee Non-Contiguous Ranges Subtask

If you selected the Employee Non-Contiguous Range check box on the Activate Pending Change Requests screen, use the Employee Non-Contiguous Ranges subtask to select a non-contiguous range of employees.

This is different from using a range because you can include or exclude any employees of your choice. You can enter more than one row.

Field Description
Range Type

Use this drop-down list to select the range of employees to be included in the process. Valid options are:

  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End
Starting Employee

Enter, or click to select, the starting employee to be included in the process. If you select From Beginning in the Range Type field, this field is inactive.

Ending Employee

Enter, or click to select, the ending employee to be included in the process. If you select One or To End in the Range Type field, this field is inactive.
