  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Eligible Detail Job Titles Subtask

Use this subtask on the Manage Training Codes screen if you want the training code to be validated based on an employee’s detail job title.

If you do not want to limit the training to be assigned to an employee based on his/her detail job title, then leave this subtask blank and set the training code’s Detail Job Title Validation Method to No Validation. If the training code’s Detail Job Title Validation Method is Error, you must assign at least one detail job title to the training code.

Enter, or click to select, the detail job title code that is eligible for the training. If the training code’s validation method is Error, then an employee’s detail job title must be linked to the training code in this subtask in order to assign the training to the employee.
