Attachments Subtask
Use the subtask to view file attachments for the verification of the employee's vaccination status or vaccination exemption.

| Field | Description |

| File Name | This field displays the system-generated name created by Costpoint for the file attachment. |
| Original File Name | This field displays the original file name of the attachment. |
| Completed By | This field displays the Costpoint user ID of the person who attached the file. |
| Attach | Click this button to upload a file that was or will be used to verify the employee's vaccination status or vaccination exemption. |
| Remove | Click this button to delete a previously uploaded file attachment. The file will be deleted when you save the record. |
| View | Click this button to display the file attachment. |
