Contract Required Field Settings Subtask
Use this subtask to specify which fields on the Manage Contracts screen should be mandatory.

Fields that are marked as required on this subtask will also be mandatory on the Manage Contract Defaults and Manage Contracts screens. You may select one or multiple fields, or leave all checkboxes unselected if no fields are required.
When you modify the setting for a field and save the record, you must close the Manage Contracts application and then run the Rebuild Global Settings screen to ensure that your changes are applied.
If a field was initially designated as optional and contract records were created without values for this field, subsequent updates to these contract records will require valid values once the field is changed to required.

Contract Record Tab | This column displays the tab name in Manage Contracts where the specific contract field is located. |
Contract Record Field | This field displays the contract field name. |
Required | Select this checkbox if the field should be mandatory in contract records. |
