General Tab

Use the fields on this tab to specify general information about a customer or prospective customer.

Field	Description
Customer Type	Enter, or click to select, a customer type for the prospective customer.
Customer Status	This field displays the status of the customer or prospective customer. Valid values are: Hold Ok Pending Warning For new prospective customers, this field defaults to Pending.
Customer Web Site	Enter a link to the customer or prospective customer web site.
