  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Manage Performance Rating Codes Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Performance Rating Codes screen.

Table Window

Use this table window to view and/or enter contract performance rating codes. Click New to add a new line.

Field Description
Rating Code

Enter a unique rating code.

There are 6 Costpoint-defined rating codes that display automatically in this field. You cannot modify or delete these codes. Costpoint-defined rating codes and their descriptions and scores are as follows:

SATIS Satisfactory 6

UNSAT Unsatisfactory 2
NA Not Applicable 0

You can delete user-defined codes only if they have not been used on a contract assessment.

Rating Code Description

Enter a unique description for new rating codes.

For existing codes, you can modify this field for both user- and system-defined rating codes only if the code has not been used on any contract assessment record.

Score

Enter the score that you want to assign to the rating code. The score must range from 0 to 10.

For existing codes, you can modify this field for both user- and system-defined rating codes only if the code has not been used on any contract assessment record.

Show in Lookup

This checkbox is selected by default for both user- and system-defined rating codes, but you can modify it. Keep it selected to display the rating code in the lookup of the Rating field on the Assessment Details subtask of the Performance Assessment tab in Manage Contracts. Only those codes that are available in the lookup can be used for new assessment records in Manage Contracts.

If you have already used the rating code in a contract assessment record and then you clear this checkbox, the contract assessment record will not be affected.

Source This field displays System (system-defined code) or User (user-defined code). You cannot modify this field.
