Manage Performance Assessment Formats
Use this screen to define assessment formats that you can use to evaluate contract performance on the Performance Assessment tab of the Manage Contracts application.
One Costpoint-defined format (Standard) displays when you first open this screen, but you can enter additional assessment formats. After you define assessment formats, you can mark one as the default that you will use in assessing performance related to contracts.
You have to assign at least one assessment description before you can save the format, but you can assign as many as 10 assessment descriptions.
Any assessment formats with the Show in Lookup checkbox selected on this screen will be available for selection on the Performance Assessment tab of the Manage Contracts screen. When you select the assessment format on that tab, the assessment descriptions assigned to the format will display on the Assessment Details subtask. You can then rate the contract on each assessment description by selecting a rating description, which has an equivalent score ranging from 0 to 10 (with 10 representing exceptional performance).
You cannot delete the system-defined Standard performance assessment format nor modify its name. You can delete user-entered formats only if they have not been used in any performance assessment in contracts. Similarly, you can modify the assessment factors assigned to system- and user-defined formats only if the format has not been used in any contract performance assessment.
