Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Pending Charges Detail Screen

Use this screen to run a detailed analysis of outstanding Purchase Commitments for the Project selected in Costpoint Planning.

The report displays Org Purchase Commitment and Unposted Labor Details.

Dates

Field Description
Current

This field displays the current date.

Period Ending

Click to select a period end date.

Details

Select this check box to display combined lower level project details in the grid.

Field Description
Project ID

Enter the project ID, or click to select it.

Subtasks

After you select the Project ID and set other report options, click to execute and populate the grid.

To display lower level details, choose from the following links:
  • Header: Click this link to display project information for top level direct projects.
  • Pending Charges: Click this link to display pending charges details. After the table opens, a link for the next level down displays. Thereafter, each table you open includes a link to the next level down.
