Contents of the Time Collection Cost (Estimated) Screen

Use this screen to run a report that displays estimated labor cost for hours charged by Employee to the selected project.

The estimated cost is based on hours multiplied by the employees hourly rate and does not take into account Total Time Accounting adjustments.

Field Description
Week

In the Dates field, click to select the week.

Details

Select this check box to display combined lower level project details in the grid.

Project ID

Enter the project ID, or click to select it.

Subtasks

After you select the Project ID and set other options, click to populate the Names table.

Click the Accounts link to display lower level details.

The table below describes the columns that display for the Names and Account table.

Column Headings Description
Project This column displays the project number.
Name This column displays the employee name
Acct This column displays the labor account number.
Category This column displays the labor category.
Status This column displays the status.
Total Hours This column displays the total hours.
