Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Org Job Summary Screen

Use this screen to run a project summary of labor at the Org level you selected.

The report displays direct labor and indirect labor costs and hours with budget/EAC information for current period and YTD.

Note: You must provide information for all enabled fields in order for the report to run as expected, else an error message displays.

Report Parameters

Field Description
Date

Click to select the start date.

Period ending

Click to select the time period from the FY-Period drop-down list to filter the information displayed in the report.

Rate

Select the type of rate you want to display in the report. Choose from the following options:

  • Actual: Select this option to display the actual rate.
  • Target: Select this option to display the target rate.
Budget Type

Select the budget type you want to use. Choose from the following options:

  • Budget: Select this option to display labor costs budgeted to the selected project.
  • Latest EAC: Select this option to display the latest EAC of labor costs charged to the selected project.
Details

Select the Combined check box to combine all levels of report information for viewing or printing.

Org ID

Click to select the Org ID.

Subtasks

After you select the Org ID and set other options, click Costs, Statistics, Statistics %, and Labor Hours link to display detailed report information.

Depending on the options selected, the following information is displayed in the subtasks tables.

Column Headings Description
Cost Type This column displays the cost type.
Description This column displays the description.
Prior Year Incurred This column displays the cost during prior year incurred.
Cur PD Budget This column displays the current period budget.
Cur PD Incurred This column displays the current period incurred.
YTD Budget This column displays the year to date budget.
YTD Incurred This column displays the year to date incurred.
YTD Variance This column displays the year to date variance.
Totak Budget This column displays the total budget
ITD Incurred This column displays the inception to date cost incurred.
Backlog This column displays the amount of backlog.
Commitments This column displays the commitment details.
System Message This column displays the system message.
