Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Project Spend Chart Screen

Use this screen to generate a chart that displays Funding, Budget, Actual Cost, and Forecast over the entire Period of Performance for the selected project.

Field Description
Parameter ID

Enter the Parameter ID in this field.

Note: If you do not have any parameters saved, you can go directly to the Project ID field and enter the details to populate the form.
Description

Use this field to view the brief description of the Parameter ID.

Selection Group Box

Field Description
Project ID

Enter the Project ID number in this field. Use the search icon to display the Project ID Table where you can select from all the ID numbers that you are allowed to view based on the your security org ID.

Note: The Project ID is a required field.
Period End Date
  • Start: Click to retrieve and select Period of Performance Start Dates for a given project.
  • End: Click to retrieve and select Period of Performance End Dates for a given project.
Actuals Through

This date is the actuals through end date of the actual transactions to be included in the computation. Click to select the date and control where Actuals will end.

Report Type

Select the type of budget you want to display.

Choose from the following options:

  • Cost:Select this option to filter the report based on cost data.
  • Revenue: Select this option to filter the report based on revenue data.
Note: Click Preview from the toolbar to view the report/chart. The title displays the company name, report title and report type. You can also view the details using the table below the chart.
