  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Plug Project Review Screen

Use this screen to run the Plug Project Review report within the New Business & Proposals Module.

This report provides a list of all orgs under the Org selected and displays the YTD plug and amount for each period.

Note: You must provide information for all enabled fields in order for the report to run as expected, else an error message displays.

Report Parameters

Options may vary depending on the report type selected.

Field Description
Report Type

Select from the following report types:

  • Plug Project Calculation: Use this report to calculate Plug Projects and review plug amounts.
  • Plug Project Review: Use this report to run the Plug Project Review report within the New Business & Proposals Module.
  • Plug Project Details: Use this report to review the status of Plug Projects.
  • Plug Project Summary: Use this report to view a summary of Plug Projects.
  • Budget Risk Summary: Use this report to review the budget risks based on the ratio of Plug Projects to Org Budget. The report displays the relative risk in each Org budget represented by the percentage of that budget that is represented in the Calculated Plug project for that Org.
Note: A high percentage of Plug Project Budget means there is less of the budget quantified in either existing Project Budgets in backlog or as Non-Backlog Project Budgets which represent future work.
Fiscal Year

Click to select the Fiscal Year.

If you selected the Plug project Details, Plug project Summary, or Budget Risk Summary report types, you need to select from the following cost group selection:

Cost Type

The Direct/Indirect option buttons allows you to choose to view either Direct Plug projects or Indirect Plug projects.

Budget Group

The Budget/Outlook option buttons allows you to select either the base budget or the latest updated forecasts.

FS Code

Click to select the FS Description.

Details

Select the check box whether you prefer to View Quarters or Combined levels of report information for viewing or printing.

Org ID

Click to select the Org ID.

Calculate

This button enables when you select the Plug project Calculation Review report type. Click this button to calculate project review.

Subtasks

After you select the Org ID and set other options, click Details link to display detailed plug project review information.
