Contents of the Create Top Level Budget/Outlook Screen
Use this screen to create a budget or outlook for any actual costs not accounted for in the collection of existing budgets or outlooks under the top level organization selected.
This may include costs that may be posted at an org level higher than where the org budgets were created or costs that were computed by the accounting system and automatically posted to a higher level like revenue and pool allocations.

Top Level Budget | Select this option to create a top level budget. |
Top Level Outlook | Select this option to create a top level outlook. |

Click to select a Budget Year. |
Actuals Through |
Click
to select the period range for Actuals.
Note: This field is displays only when
Top Level Outlook is selected.
