Contents of the Maintain Budget Groups Screen

Use this screen to create, edit or delete Budget Groups as well as rebuild Budget Group Data.

You can also choose to freeze the budget group and set the group as active/inactive by selecting or clearing the check boxes.

Report Parameters

Field Description
Fiscal Year

Click to select a time period from the FY-Period drop-down list and filter from which Budget Year you want to edit, add or delete a budget group.

Click Query from the toolbar to search for records/details.

Group ID

Enter the Group ID. This is a required field.

Group Desc

Enter the Group Description. This is a required field.

Note: Do not exceed 10 characters in the group description field
Last Build

This field displays the last build.

  • Lock Group: Select this option to freeze the budget group.
  • Active: Select this option to set the group as active/inactive.
  • Lock Date: Select this option to lock the date of the budget group.
Create Budget Group Details

Click Create Budget Group Details to generate budget group details and populate the Budget Group Members subtasks grid.

Budget Group Members Subtask

This grid lists all details of the Budget Group Members of the Budget Group as selected in the first part of the screen.

The following information are displayed in the Budget Group Members subtasks.

Column Headings Description
Source This column displays the source.
Org ID This column displays the Org ID.
Proj ID This column displays the Proj ID.
Version This column displays the version number.
Start This column displays the start date.
End This column displays the end date.
Periods This column displays the periods.
Timestamp This column displays the timestamp.
Modified By This column displays who modified the budget group.
