Contents of the Time Collection Hours - Range Screen

This screen displays hours charged by Employees within the Org selected and all Orgs below that level, for a range of dates.

Report Parameters

Field Description
Org ID

Click to select the Org ID.

From

Click to select the start date.

To

Click to select the end date.

Details

Select Combined check box to combine all levels of report information for viewing or printing.

Note: You must provide information for all enabled fields in order for the report to run as expected, else an error message displays.

Subtasks

After you select the Org ID and set other options, click Names to display additional information. Click Dates link to display lower level details.

This table displays the information included in the substasks grid.

Column Headings Description
Name This column displays the name of the employee.
Date This column displays the date the employee worked.
Project This column displays the project they worked on.
Hours This column displays the hours charged by employee.
Org ID This column displays the Organization ID.
Acct This column displays the Account number.
PLC This column displays the Project Labor Category assigned to the employee. This is user defined.
Status This column displays the Status.
