Contents of the Earned Value Status Report Screen
Use this report to view all calculations done for active projects.
The report pulls from the table created in the application ‘Calculate Earned Value’ for the active level budgets. The Last Closed Period in the report parameters defaults to the last closed period and is not editable.
When you select a project, all active level, final version Budgets not EACs will be displayed.
After selecting a project, the top level budgets populate the result set. You can drill down to view the active level budget/s under that top level.

| Project |
Select All, One, or Range from the drop-down menu. The result displayed will be final version Project Budgets only and not EAC’s. |
| Last Closed Period |
This field defaults to the last closed period end date and is not editable. After selecting the Project, the grid displays the top level active budgets. You can drill down to go directly to the active level budget/s under that top level. |
Earned Value Status Report Details
The following information is displayed in the Earned Value Status Report Details grid.

| Project ID | This column displays the Project ID. |
| Project Name | This column displays the name of the project. |
| Start Date | This column displays the start date from Project Budget Period of Performance. |
| End Date | This column displays the end date from Project Budget Period of Performance. |
| Progress % | This column comes from the ‘Update Project Progress %’ application which should be updated before this report is run for the last closed period. |
| Plan (BCWS) | This column displays Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled. It is the cumulative budget to date. |
| Earned value (BCWP) | This column displays Budgeted Cost of Work Performed.
This column displays Progress % * BAC. |
| Actuals (ACWP) | This column displays the Actual Cost of Work Performed.
The actuals to date come from the General Ledger. |
| Schedule Variance (SV) | This column displays BCWP – BCWS. |
| Schedule Performance Index (SPI) | This column displays BCWP / BCWS. |
| Cost Variance (CV) | This column displays BCWP – ACWP. |
| Cost Performance Index (CPI) | This column displays BCWP / ACWP. |
| Budget at Complete (BAC) | This column displays the total of the final Budget. |
| Estimate to Complete (ETC) | This column displays the total of the forecast in future periods from the final Project EAC. |
| Estimate at Complete (EAC) | This column displays ACWP + ETC.

| Variance at Complete (VAC) | This column displays BAC – EAC. |
| To Complete Performance Index (TCPI) | This column displays (BAC - BCWP) / (BAC - ACWP). |
| Independence Estimate at Complete(IEAC) | This column displays ACWP + (BAC - BCWP) / CPI. |
