Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Employee Rates Inquiry Screen

Use this read-only screen to view inquiry of the employee rates from AOM3, subject to org security.

This enables certain users to view the employee rates of the employees that have been assigned to them.

You can only view Orgs and Employees within those Orgs that you have security to access.  

Note: Labor suppression is applied to Hourly Rate.

Field Description
Fiscal Year

Enter, or click to select the Fiscal Year.

Org ID

Click to select the Org ID. You can select from All, One or Range. The Start and End drop-down list contains the Orgs the user has security to access.

Employee ID

Click to select the Employee ID. You can select from All or One. The Start drop-down list contains the Employees with Home Orgs the user has security to access.

Details

The Employee Rates Inquiry result set has the same columns as the Organization Budget Cycle Initialization (AOM3) subtask Employee Rates. 

You can print the result set or export it to Excel.
