  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Level Down Projects Future Revenue Screen

Use this screen to run a report that displays all projects projected revenue.

The report summarizes budgeted revenues by WBS and displays Budget and EAC revenues for all POP. The report on this screen displays budgets/EACs that are marked as final on the Project Budgets / EACs screen.

Note: This report can also provide percent complete revenue calculation details.

Field Description
Budget Type

If you selected the Budget or Variance report type, select one of the following from the drop-down list:

  • Budget: Select this option to display the latest budget information.
  • EAC: Select this option to display the latest EAC information.  
Note: EAC displays in the drop-down list only if an EAC exists for the project.
Timing

If you selected a budget type of EAC, select one of the following timing options:

  • Past: Select Past to filter the report based on past revenue data.
  • Future: Select Future to filter the report based on future revenue data.
Cost Type

To filter the report by cost type, click to select a cost category. Choose from the following cost types:

  • Summary
  • Staff Hours
  • Materials
  • Subcontractors
  • Travel
  • Consulting
  • Other Direct Costs
All Sub-Tasks

Select this check box to display all tasks under the current project level selected.

Project ID

Enter, or click to select, the project ID.  

Subtasks

After you select the Project ID and set other report options, click the following links to display future revenue or revenue breakdown information:

  • Level Down Projects Future Revenue: Click this link to display future revenue.
  • Revenue Breakdown: Click this link to display revenue breakdown for the entire period of performance.
Note: The only projects that display are those that have budgets and those to which you have access based on Org security and project reporting rights.
