Contents of the Report Table Update Process Screen

Due to integration between Planning and Costpoint, the majority of backend tables used in Planning pull data directly from Costpoint.

Therefore, most tables do not require updating through the refresh process.

Note: This screen is only accessible to super administrators.

The tables that require updating include:

  • Business Intelligence (BI) report tables
  • Custom report tables
  • Project security tables

To run the refresh, click Planning > Administration > Administration Utilities > Report Table Update Process. The Log table on the screen displays the results of the process after it runs.
