Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Manage Budget Version Codes Screen

Use the fields and options to create descriptions that can be applied to budgets.

The codes you enter on this screen display in the Lookup of the Version Code field on the New Business Budgets and Project Budgets/EACs screens.

The table below describes the columns in the Manage Budget Version Codes table.

Column Headings Description
Version Code Enter up to 10 characters as an abbreviation for the version code.
Version Code Description Enter the full description of the version.
