Use the fields and options to configure the Print Unbilled Analysis Report screen.
Print Unbilled Analysis Report
Use the fields in this block to create a new parameter ID or to retrieve a previously saved parameter ID. A parameter ID represents a set of screen selection parameters. After you have saved a parameter ID and its related parameters, you can retrieve them using Query.
You can use the retrieved parameters to produce reports and run processes more efficiently and with greater consistency. The saved parameters are also useful and necessary when you want to run the process as part of a batch job. Many users save a unique set of parameters for each different way they run a report or process. When you select a previously saved parameter ID or parameter description, the associated saved screen selection parameters automatically display as selection defaults. The page setup and print options, if there are any, are also included in the saved parameter ID. You can change any of the associated selection defaults as necessary.

Parameter ID |
Enter, or click to select, a parameter ID of up to 15 alphanumeric characters. Choose characters for your parameter ID that help identify the type of selections you made on the screen, such as PERIOD or QUARTERLY. When you save your record, all the selections made on the screen are stored with the parameter ID. Later, you can retrieve the parameter using Query. You can use the parameter to run the process more efficiently because you can select the parameter ID with its previously defined screen selections. After the default selections display on the screen, you can override the defaults. |

Selection Ranges
Use this block to limit the data printed on the report.

Use this group box to limit the projects on the report.

Start |
Enter, or click to select, the starting item for the range that you want to include in the report. If you selected All or From Beginning in the Option field, this field is inactive. |
End |
Enter, or click to select, the ending item for the range that you want to include in the report. If you selected All, One, or To End in the Option field, this field is inactive. |
Accounting Period
Use this group box to select the period ending date for your report. Records having a period ending date up to and including the one entered here are included on the report.

This non-editable field displays the period ending date. |
Options
Use this block to specify other details to be included in the report.
Include
Use this group box to select the desired level for your report.

Enter the organization level to include on this report. This field is not available if you selected Bill Group in the Select drop-down list. |

Project Unbilled Level |
Select this check box to print the report at the current unbilled project level, which is where the general ledger balance resides. This check box is not available if you selected Customer or Reason Code in the Select drop-down list. |
Revenue Rate Type
Use this group box to select the desired revenue rate type.

Select this check box to include the amount in thousands on the report. |
Lines With No Activity |
Select this check box to include lines with no activity on the report. |
Inactive Projects |
Select this check box to include inactive projects in your report. Selecting this check box makes the report substantially longer if you have many inactive projects in your database |
Reason Code Notes |
Select this check box to include the reason code Notes entered on the Edit Unbilled Reason Codes screen on this report. This check box is available only if you selected Unbilled Reason Code Report in the Choose Report group box. |
Summary Report Column Options (Select 2 of 3)
Use this group box to specify information that you want to include on the Summary Report. You can select up to two of the three options available. You can also clear the check boxes if you do not want to include any of these details.

Project End Date | Select this check box to include the project end date on the report. Selecting this check box clears the Project Type and Project Account Group check boxes, and you can select either option. |
Project Type |
This check box is selected by default. Keep it selected to include the project type on the report. If Project Type is already selected in the Select By drop-down list in the Selection Ranges group box, this check box is cleared and disabled, and the other two options are automatically selected. |
Project Account Group |
This check box is selected by default. Keep it selected to include the project account group on the report. If Project Account Group is already selected in the Select By drop-down list in the Selection Ranges group box, this check box is cleared and disabled, and the other two options are automatically selected. |
Detail Report Column Options
Use this group box to specify information that you want to include on the Detail Report. You can select only one of the options available.

Project End Date | Select this option to include the project end date on the report. |
Project Type |
This option is selected by default. Keep it selected to include the project type on the report. If Project Type is already selected in the Select By drop-down list in the Selection Ranges group box, this option is cleared and disabled, and Project End Date is automatically selected. |
Choose Report
To select the report you want to print, click and make your selection from the drop-down list. Valid options are:

- Unbilled Receivables Analysis Detail Report
- Unbilled Reason Code Report
