Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use this tab to determine what is printed on the bottom of the bill.

You can include a block of standard text, or "boilerplate," on the bottom of the billing.

Field Description
Standard Text

If you want to print a block of standard text on the bottom of the billing, enter, or click to select, a standard text code.

Print all standard text on same page

Select this checkbox to print all standard text on the same page of the bill.

Print totals using functional currency

Select this checkbox to print totals in your functional currency at the bottom of the bill. You should select this option only if the bill is being calculated in a currency other than functional.
