Even if the approval workflow is in process or already completed, you can reject it. One instance of rejecting the workflow is when the data that changed renders the workflow invalid and requires the workflow to be restarted.

This tab is visible and enabled only when you click Reject? on the dialog box.

Reject? is visible only to users who are members of the roles defined in this approval process, excluding users who are not in those roles. If approval is still pending, only users in already completed roles can see this button.

Field	Description
Reject reason	Enter, or click to select, a reject code. This field is required when the Require Code for Rejection check box for this workflow is selected on the Approval Workflow Models screen.
Reject All Comments	Enter any comments for rejecting the whole approval workflow.
Reject All	Click this button to reject the approval workflow.
