Use this subtask to enter information about non-contiguous employee name selections.

Field Description
Range Option

Use this drop-down list to select the range of employee names to be included in the process. Valid options are:

  • All
  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End

The default for this field is All.

Starting Employee Name

Enter, or click  to select, the starting employee name to be included in the process. If you select From Beginning in the Range Option field, this field is inactive.

Ending Employee Name

Enter, or click  to select, the ending employee name to be included in the process. If you select One or To End in the Range Option field, this field is inactive.
