Activities Subtask

Use this subtask to view the activity, transfer date/time, starting date/time, starting user ID, starting user name, completion date/time, and completing user ID, completing user name, and completion notes for a workflow.

You can view completed activities and current activities.

Field	Description
Workflow	This field displays the currently selected workflow.
Subsystem	This field displays the subsystem to which this workflow is associated.
Status	This field displays the status of this workflow.
Case	This field displays the currently selected case number.
Case Values	This field displays the values associated with this case number.

Table Window

This table window displays information about the activities associated with this workflow.

Field	Description
Activity	This field displays the current or completed workflow activity.
Transfer Date/Time	This field displays the date and time this activity was transferred into a user's inbox.
Starting Date/Time	This field displays the date and time a user started this activity. Note: Starting Date/Time, Starting User ID, and Starting User Name may be blank if the activity has not been started.
Starting User	This field displays the user ID of the individual who started this activity.
Starting User Name	This field displays the name of the individual who started this activity.
Completion Date/Time	This field displays the date and time this user completed this activity. Note: Completion Date/Time, Completing User ID, and Completing User Name may be blank if the activity has not been finished.
Completing User	This field displays the user ID of the individual who finished this activity.
Completing User Name	This field displays the name of the individual who finished this activity.
Completion Notes	This field displays information regarding any special occurrences upon completing this activity.

Activity Routing	Click this link to open the Activity Routing subtask and view the role, user ID, and user name for a current activity. This subtask includes the roles or users whose inbox the activity is in.
