Edit Date Properties

Use the Edit Date Properties Subtask to modify work schedule properties for Resources you manage.

To modify work schedule properties for specific dates, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Time & Expense > Time > Timesheets > Manage Resource Work Schedules to display the Manage Resource Work Schedules screen.
  2. In the Month/Year field, click to select the month that contains the date you want to modify.
  3. Click to populate the Month/Year results table with that month/year.
  4. In the Month/Year results table, select the date you want to modify and click the Edit Date Properties subtask link.
  5. In the Edit Date Properties subtask, modify the desired fields and, when you are finished, click .
    NOTE. The subtask displays dates for only one week at a time. If you want to edit a day in a different week, select that date in the Month/Year results table and reopen the subtask.
