Click New in the Offline Access Applications subtask to select the Costpoint applications that will be available to users who work without internet access.

Field	Description
Application	Use this field to enter, or click to select, the application to enable for offline access.
Application Name	This field auto-populates with the name of the application selected in the Application field.

Note: The Manage Activities application does not work in Offline Mode. Also, the Activities subtask does not work in the following applications in Offline Mode:

• Manage Opportunities
• Manage Contracts
• Manage Subcontracts
• Manage Contract Management Vendor Info
• Manage Contract Management Customer Info
• Manage Contract Management Employee Info
