Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Organization Security Group screen.

Organization Security Group

Click to create a new record.

Field	Description
Organization Security Group	Use this field to enter an identification code for this organization security group.
Name	Use this field to enter a descriptive name for this Organization Security Group.
Organization Security Profile to Assign	Enter, or click to select, the security profile you want to assign to Costpoint modules. The field to the right displays the descriptive name for this organization security profile. Alternatively, you can click in this unlabeled field to select the name of the organization security profile, instead of its identification code, you want to use.
Assign Profiles	Click this button to assign the selected security profile in the Organization Security Profile to Assign field to all modules in Costpoint. This populates the Assign Profiles to Modules table window.

Assign Profiles to Modules

This table window displays all available Costpoint modules that have been assigned with organization security profiles. You have the option to change the organization security profile assigned to a module in this table window.

Field	Description
Module	This field displays the identification code for this module.
Module Description	This field displays the descriptive name for this module.
Organization Security Profile	This field displays your selection in the Organization Security Profile to Assign field. If you want to change it, enter, or click to select, another organization security profile ID.
Profile Name	This field displays the descriptive name for this Organization Security Profile. Alternatively, you can change it when you enter, or click to select, another organization security profile.

Organization Security Profile to Assign	Enter, or click to select, the security profile you want to assign to Costpoint modules. The field to the right displays the descriptive name for this organization security profile. Alternatively, you can click in this unlabeled field to select the name of the organization security profile, instead of its identification code, you want to use.
Assign Profiles	Click this button to assign the selected security profile in the Organization Security Profile to Assign field to all modules in Costpoint. This populates the Assign Profiles to Modules table window.

This table window displays all available Costpoint modules that have been assigned with organization security profiles. You have the option to change the organization security profile assigned to a module in this table window.
