Use the File Download screen to save a file to your computer.

1. In the Process menu, click File Download.
2. To download a file from the database:
   1. Select a file in the Download Files from Database table.
   2. Click Download File.
   The file is automatically saved to your internet browser's default download location.
3. To download a file from an alternate file location:
   1. In the File Location field, enter, or click to select, an alternate file location.
   2. Select a file in the Download Files from Alternate File Location table.
   3. Click Download File.
   The file is automatically saved to your internet browser's default download location.
