Lien Subtask

Use this subtask of the Subcontractor Payment Control block to view information regarding subcontractor liens.

Field Description
Project

This field displays the project to which the lien applies.

Project Name

This field displays the project name.

Effective Date

This field displays the lien's effective (beginning) date.

Issued By

This field displays the name of the company or organization that has enacted the lien.

Released

This is the lien release status.

  • Y (Yes): This indicates that the lien has been released and payments will be allowed to proceed.
  • N (No): This indicates that the lien has not been released and payments will be held until the lien is released.
Released Date

This field displays the lien release date.

Phone Number

This field displays the phone number of the company or organization that has enacted the lien.

Address Line 1, 2, 3

This field displays the address of the company or organization that has enacted the lien.

City

This field displays the city name of the company or organization that has enacted the lien.

State/Province

This field displays the state or province name of the company or organization that has enacted the lien.

Country

This field displays the country name of the company or organization that has enacted the lien.

Postal Code

This field displays the postal code of the company or organization that has enacted the lien.
