| Approval Status |
This field displays the approval status of the work assignment. |
| Vendor |
This field displays the vendor number to which the purchase order (PO) is issued. |
| PO ID |
This field displays the PO ID. |
| Release |
This field displays the release number for the PO. |
| Line |
This field displays the charge line number. |
| Description |
This field displays the description of the charge line item. |
| Approval Status |
This field displays the approval status of the charge line. |
| PO Line |
This field displays the PO line number. |
Security

| US Citizen |
If selected, this check box indicates that the vendor employee is a US citizen. |
ITAR Status
This group box indicates the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) status linked to the vendor employee. The valid statuses are:
- U.S. Person Authorized for ITAR
- Foreign Person with U.S. Dept of State Authorization/Special Exemption
- Not Authorized
- Not Applicable
