Line Documents Subtask

This subtask displays a list of the documents assigned to the requisition line.

Field	Description
Requisition	This field displays the identification code of the currently selected requisition.
Status	This field displays the approval status of the currently selected requisition.
Trans Currency	This field displays the trans currency code assigned to the currently selected requisition.
Req Line	This field displays the currently selected requisition line number.
Line Status	This field displays the status of the currently selected requisition line.
Type	This field displays the type of the currently selected requisition line.

Table Window

Field	Description
Reference Doc	This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is not established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen in Costpoint Bills of Material. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
Document	This field displays the identification code of the document assigned to the requisition header.
Rev	This field displays the revision of this document.
Type	This field displays this document's type.
Name	This field displays the descriptive name of this document.
Location	This field indicates where this document is stored on the network.
Status	If the Reference Doc field displays Y, this field displays its status. The system-defined options are: Unreleased Released Obsolete
Size	If the Reference Doc field displays N, this field displays the document size.
Media	If the Reference Doc field displays N, this field displays the document media code.
CAGE	If the Reference Doc field displays N, this field displays the document CAGE (Contractor and Government Entity) code.
Sheets	If the Reference Doc field displays N, this field displays the number of sheets in the document.
Organization	If the Reference Doc field displays N, this field displays the organization assigned to the document.
Maintenance Group	If the Reference Doc field displays N, this field displays the document maintenance group.
ECN Pending	If the Reference Doc field displays N, this field displays Y (Yes) if the document is referenced on an engineering change notice (ECN) that is pending. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
Last ECN	If the Reference Doc field displays N, this field displays the last ECN associated with this document. You can access ECN information in Costpoint Engineering Change Notices.
