Line Standard Text Subtask

Use this subtask to view standard text codes assigned to a sales order.

Field Description
Requisition ID, Requisition Total

These fields display values from the main screen.

Table Window

This table window lists all header text codes associated with the currently selected sales order.

Field Description
Sequence

This field displays the sequence number for this text code.

Text Code

This field displays the text code associated with the sales order.

Rev

This field displays the revision of the standard text code.

Description

This field displays the descriptive name for this text code.

Doc Print Option

This field displays one of the following document print options as assigned to this text code:

  • B (Both): This indicates that the requisition header text will print on both internal reports and purchase orders.
  • I (Internal): This indicates that the requisition header text will print on internal reports only.
  • E (External): This indicates that the requisition header text will print on purchase orders only.
Text Active

If selected, this check box indicates that the standard text code/revision combination is currently active.
